Day 2
That was 12 days of hell that I wasn’t sure how to get back from but as you kind people kept saying stop drinking it sounds so simple.
Yesterday I was 50/50 drink or no drink. It had been a tough day and when I got home I decided just to go to bed watch TV read SR. I couldn’t really concentrate but I did manage to eat a small amount and drink water.
It’s now 715am in the UK I have dipped in and out of sleep during the night sweated a lot but am feeling OK I think.
Thanks for everyone’s support here, it feels good to wake up with a clear head again today I need to focus on today but very happy I finally got day 1 out of the way again.

12 days of hell all started by 2 little beers on a train. Goes to show just how insidious alcohol is to us that are susceptible to its lure and promise.
I hope today has been manageable.
Keep fighting Wood

Yep a couple of little beers on a train, crazy isn’t it. Lesson learned.
Today’s been OK. Happy to be sober and grateful for support I have received here.
Thanks Citrus yes I will join up with the March class.
