New around here
Hi, I just signed up and thought I should introduce myself.
I am 105 days sober. I think I'm ready for a group like this. I'm a fairly private person and the thought of face to face groups, though they have been suggested since my detox, do not appeal to me. My personal support network is strong but it's hard to keep explaining exactly what I'm going through to them as they really have no point of reference. I think it will be helpful to have somewhere I can go and speak in short hand to people and have them get it without tons of explanation.

Hello and welcome, and congratulations on 105 days. That's excellent.
You'll find a lot of support here without having to explain yourself anymore than you deem necessary
We'll all get it without explanations.
Again, welcome and post away.

I'm so glad you joined us, vxper! 105 days is fabulous. I remember feeling so much better around that time. I was so happy to find SR - I never felt alone again after joining. Congratulations.

Welcome! And a huge congratulations on 105 days. That’s awesome. I’m on 18 days and am looking forward to reaching 100. I love this forum. There’s no judging at all, and you can choose what you reply to and what you say, and so far I’ve found everyone’s advice and support, and the stories and experiences shared incredibly helpful.
