I'd like to welcome anyone new to SR and new to this thread.
Weekends can be a tough time -and that's what this thread is about - support.

Congrats on the shotgun, Manta.
It's a long weekend here due to the International Women's Day. So, I am going to do some girl's stuff and then a date with the "Hell Maybe".

Thanks for asking Andy! All going well, the work is a little dull but the benefits of having so much time back in my life for me far and above makes up for it. I start swimming every morning before work next week as the pool is 10 mins from my house and work 5 mins from the pool! It’s fantastic that I can leave the house at 7:30 in the morning and swim for an hour and still get to work on time with no stress. It’s taken 2 weeks to use a tank of petrol rather than 4 days with my other work lol!!
Going to an artisan bakery on Sunday with my mum and we’re doing a bread making course which will be different but hopefully fun xx

Happy International Women’s Day, Midnight, Manta, least and all the lovely ladies here.
Manta, your bread making course sounds brilliant! Oh gosh! Can you imagine all the great smell of baking bread from all the ovens. Mmmmm.
