Just checked one of those day-to-day counters and see that it's been 60 days since my last drink. Really feel a lot better, much of the PAWS has settled down, except some virtigo here and there which I also get from stuffy ears and sinuses so might be that.

The first 30 day was a sleep fest and starting about day 45 I started to sleep less and have a lot more energy. Last few weeks in particular have been very mentally calm relatively speaking.

I'm glad you were able to sleep. I was exhausted, but couldn't sleep. Congrats!

Thanks for posting! Especially about the sleep fest - I'm crashing 10 or more hours a night and was wondering if it would end. I've got to say it's better than 4 hours of sodden drunk sleep and rolling around in a sweat for the rest of the night.
60 days is absolutely huge!
