Today is a good day 😃............
3 weeks today and I'm feeling really good.......
Recently had all results back from docs which are all good....
How lucky is that ? 😃
Started the 'vape ' today as well, which contains no nicotine. I've had 2 roll-ups which is really going for me. Everything is going the right way, so far .............
I'm fully aware that, I need to put in the hard work,which im doing 😃.

Thank you, however my priority right now is to not drink 😃. I'm not going to put any pressure on myself at this stage. I can't lose concentration on my sobriety. So if I want a cigarette I'll have one. Little steps. I dont want to think i can run before I can walk
