Hope you can find the strength to do something besides drink HC. Even following up on one of the numerous day after threads you have started would be something.

I'd advise getting your doctor's help to get safely and comfortably thru withdrawal. Then come up with a plan to stay sober. One of these days, something bad could happen to you that you can't undo.

Hi HC, I’m sorry you feel so bad. I agree with least and LG. Also, this cycle will never be broken until you make a change to stop the insanity. I know you already know this. Every time you go back, you are strengthening this cycle. If you can take small steps to break it, you will get stronger every time.
