My higher power....
Serenity...calmness in the face of the dynamic turbulance of life...
Wisdom...the ability to derive optimum value from the knowledge one has.
Persistance & Tolerance...the ability to challenge circumstances and cultivate the patience and stamina to work positively with the obstacles one encounters.
Feelings & Compassion...increased feelings of mercy and the ability to empathize with people.
Enlightenment....a state permeated with wisdom, where all actions reflect one's underlying Buddha nature, a state of perfect freedom, purified of illusions and brimming with compassion....

I know all of this, but I still fall back on the old easy dysfunctional ways. These are things we need to post on the fridge and see everyday. Thank for sharing.

we just need to de program...and de fragment like a computer hard drive...
Find something that brings you solitude,...yoga, eating a french dip, taking a hot bath with lavander...and in that time for you...honor you...I do!!! I honor you...
