60 days Alcohol Free Today

Hi Everyone hope you all well

I am 60 days A/Free today and 20 days off cigarettes. Still know I have a way to go in this process but determined this time

I'm still getting recovery symptoms especially at the 60 Day mark, hope they will again ease soon and already feel they are getting less intensive with time, roll on 100, 200,300,400,500 etc lol Have a Nice Day

Hi Everyone thanks for all good wishes. I am making plans for difficult situations and will have to ditch some so called friends who actually need help too!! No more pub for me, more time with kids/family... places to go and things to see

Congratulations on 60 days carlingford! Your just about to enter your third calender month, excellent! Things do start to get easier once going to bed sober becomes normal again.
