I can't tell you how important this site is to me......
All the positive stories, strength and hope I get from here is priceless......
I've been up and down, but not faltering in my determination to make a better life for me and my son..
I don't like labels, for me I have a unhealthy relationship with alcohol/drugs..........which no longer serve any purpose.....
I haven't done any drugs (apart from prescribed) since beginning of December.......
I'm on day 9, of no alcohol 🙌🙌🙌🙌.........
I'm under no illusions that the next couple of weeks is when the real hard work begins.....
I'm fully prepared, the suggestions, advice ive taken on board. I have full trust in this site, but ultimately it's down to me to dig deep. I'm ready for battle, whether I'm laughing,crying, sulking, manic.......
I DO NOT WANT TO DRINK......
I WILL NOT DRINK........

So for today, I just need to focus, stay on top, keep close, and let go of all emotions........

As always, I wish so much love and strength to all those that need it......
