Hello friends,
have not been on much recently. Hope you are all well.
day 55 almost down. Things are hard but I am sober. The best thing I have found to do is think about how terrible I’d feel tomorrow if I drank tonight
you can do this and if you’re just starting. We can all do it!

I always tell myself, I've never woken up sober and wished I had drank the night before.
