Day 2 again
Hi everyone , Today is another start with this forum and soberity .
I should have posted Day 65 but ,,it's my day 2 again . It's not a shame I read what you post and feel ok .
Christmas time , changing job , sickness , all of these thing are not so good for me .
But I found my old friend is trying to stay sober with AA . It helps me as we started to drink together 30 years ago .
Well my plan is to read and post on this forum more be busy and have more exercises . Stay sober and more smile . I am 54 some years left hopefuly , thanks to all for you are here

I'm on day two as well again 😳😳😳
But I'm not going to beat myself up, man!!!! that serves no purpose.
Instead I'm going to learn, I'm going to lean on this site, I'm going to post, I'm going to read, I'm going to be kind to myself.

It took me lots of failed attempts to get sober so don't be too hard on yourself.
It was only when I got scared that I wasn't going to make it that drove me to work out a way of reducing the worst of the cravings - in my case by getting up two hours earlier than normal, running and falling asleep by 9.30pm exhausted.
