Hit bump in road

hello I’m five and half years sober for that I’m grateful... I’m bipolar schizophrenic so I’m guessing that has a lot to do with my down mood lately... I went to work then aa meeting and worked out...but I’m just in the dumps ... I think the fact that my ego was bruised yesterday has something to do with it too... I go to my second job in an hour ... currently im babysitting my nephew so that helps..it’s tough battling depression especially if it’s still there after you exercised...I’m surprised that it happened that way...anyways I was told making a gratitude list helps...and we all know “ that this too shall pass” thanks for reading I’m grateful for another day, my sobriety, family, work, food, health , this form , wrestling lol, sports , my bed,
