Day 4
4 days and 6 hours sober. Had a few cravings today after getting caught in the rain. Was on the bus there was an alcoholic on it who stank of booze and was quite intimiding.
A few difficult memories to deal with today but generally doing well.

Definitely better to be the good smelling one on the bus, maybe reading, enjoying scenery, cup of coffee, water.... if anything that man smelling of alcohol should be a sign of what you DONT want. Day 4 sounding good, I’m Day 3 here
