The extradition order was signed off today and as I type my houseguest from hell is being transported back to the jurisdiction.

I saw my therapist today and she noticed that in early January he posted "9 months clean" on his social media, but six months ago he wad arrested for various theft charges and possession of a hypodermic. Hmmm.

social media is also full of self congratulatory memes and statements about him being such a wonderful disciple of NA. Seems to me some of those NA steps deal with examining one's past, admitting wrongs and making amends. Running away and hiding as a fugitive for five months hardly lines up with that philosophy!!

It's not over until he is convicted. The prosecutor's office is scheduling a meeting there with myself and the detective. But I am planning a vacation, too 😊

Thanks, Hopeful. Usually I'm very frugal, but last month when paying one of our insurance premiums I noticed that we have a (small) dividend. And so I got to thinking about vacation :-) Someplace warm and sunny at the beach. I just want to relax, read a book or two, and eat seafood :-)
