Struggling
Sorry to hear you are still drinking HC. Your post today is pretty much the same thing you’ve posted in your last several here. You’ve been given a large amount of advice to help, but you seemingly haven’t taken any of it as you don’t reply and continually keep posting after every binge. You can expect more of the same results unless you are willing to change your actions.
You do seem to be in a cycle now that you need to break out of, Highercall. I did the same more than once, and the consequences were always bad, sometimes extremely so. I hope that you can make some changes to help break out of the pattern soon.

Sorry to hear you're struggling. It took conscious, active effort for me to be able to get sober. What are you willing to do to change?
Post here (before drinking)?
Go to AA/Smart/Lifering/any other group?
Go to rehab?
Try urge surfing?
Anything else people have suggested?
It can get so much better, but it takes effort. I know you can do it.

It takes me about 48 hours before I am able think straight after a binge.
I have never been able to make a life for myself and have little to no imagination this makes it very hard for me.
i have felt very deppressed today and very anxious.

Hi highercall i have been exactly the same after my stupid weekend binge, took yesterday off work and hated myself allday, i went back to work today but still feel extremely depressed. Just foxusing on feeling better and never letting myself feel this way again. We can beat this
Lots of good advice here HC. I know how you feel after a bender. Its hard enough to get out of nbed...but you will feel better.
I read elsewhere you're committing to abstinence and thats great - but drinkers like you and I need to follow though on that declaration with some action - find some support, make some changes.
Maybe this time, when you feel better, it's time to make a recovery action plan, before you find yourself wanting to drinking again?
