Powerful: relaxation

I'm greatly enjoying relaxation of body, mind, life and kindness to self. Learning to deepen my breath, allow relaxation and bring this into my day in new ways brings about many new perspectives and good feelings.

Taking a step back. Pausing. Allowing.

I'm getting good at this, and it's good to acknowledge it!

1. The brain is a super-computer. It believes what we tell it. Life is as easy as we allow it to be. (Does this sound familiar? )
2. Body knowledge goes deep. Spending time in nature, grounding/earthing, brings more inner alignment and awareness of this.
3. This is fun!

Each morning and through the day as I make use of allowing more meditation time, more is accomplished with less effort. Flow of life is easy, fun and healing.

I agree! Meditation has been very helpful with my overall recovery. It wasn't easy at first, but it has gotten easier.

apollo and Glenjo, what great ways to start the new year!

I'm enjoying a wonderfully Zen day. Productive, connected and amazing. Slow brewed coffee late in the afternoon, unconditional inner joy, centered and balanced emotions and a lot of good humor.

Good morning! What are some of your go-to relaxation techniques?

I'm enjoying quiet, warm and peaceful space this morning with a masala chai tulsi tea, in a very meaningful saved and re-used cup. It has a moose on it. I've had many experiences with moose as a spirit totem. Today this means something new to me. Ever-changing interpretations adds interest to this new day.

I'm relaxing into my life in new ways. Good timing is found in many ways.

The brain is a super-computer. It believes what we tell it. Life is as easy as we allow it to be.

The art of allowing is easy.

I'm getting good at this.

Today is a good day.

I believe this to be true! I planted a garden recently. I like to stand barefoot in the early morning and express my gratitudes to my green friends. Starting a day in peace has helped me to improve my mental health even in my crazy life.
