First week ....

six days without drinking and the emotional hangover is still killing me. But it’s slowly getting better. I’m keeping myself busy with work and staying out of my head.

i went back and read all my past posts from the last few times I’ve tried to stay stopped. I’m a fool for thinking I wouldn’t up here again.
