It turns out I was right and no one came to save me but like many have shown on the site, we can arrive to save ourselves.

There's no magic pill, but the solution is simple. It takes work and leverage, for me it took longer than I wish it did but soon enough for me to do some real good for those I love in my life.

Tge truth is if you go up to anyone in the world and say "where are you stuck?", most people will know what you're talking about even without having heard that expression before. What's amazing to me is that, while I have lots and lots of work still to do in my life, the solution was so simple. The anxiety, the pain, confusion, stress, suffering, all of it had the most straightforward of solutions.

You just can't drink anymore. Do this and your life will start to align itself with that inside you that wishes for a better life.
