That's great SC! Don't drink, no matter what. Don't change your mind! Get bloody minded. Come here and talk with us before you even ponder picking up a drink. If the whole 'pay check' thing is your trigger, come up with a plan for that.

It always takes me a couple of nights of bad sleep after drinking to get back into a good sleep routine.
Once you start sleeping better, you are naturally going to start feeling so much better.
It's amazing how much of how bad we feel is directly down to lack of sleep, rather than the alcohol. Although of course, the alcohol causes the lack of sleep so there is a correlation.
