Breaking the cycle. Yay!
The crave ramped up for me starting after about a week.
The crazy feeling, including a maddening crave, lasted for well over 6 months.
I,was always very kind to myself. Lots of laying down in a comfy place with my eyes closed.
I stayed hydrated and full of good food. I still lost weight because I was able to ramp up my physical activity and exercise.

Happy Halloween!
I’m planning to hole up with some hot chocolate, my cat, and a spooky movie tonight. Unfortunately we don’t get trick or treaters because I live in an apartment building.

I'm going trick-or-treating with the grandkids this evening and I can't wait. It's always so much fun. It's raining now, but the forecast promises it will stop this afternoon.
