Day 6
I have been using the tools on the smart recovery website to get this far. It has been becoming harder for me to get more than one day lately.
I felt good yesterday but feel off today. Headache and eyes are sensitive to light. Wierd.

Hey Volshen
Glad to see you back.
I've had some relapse episodes myself but am getting back on track.
What about joining the October class and posting daily?
It might help keep you going and get you some extra support.
I joined it and it is helping.

Congratulations on day 6 Volshen.
I was the same in my last year of drinking. I could only occasionally manage a day at most. After lots of failures I eventually discovered that getting up at 5.30am and going straight out walking or running made me tired enough in the evenings to want bed and sleep more than booze. That was the key for me - to find a way to lessen the evening cravings.
Good luck.
