So I am reading this wonderful book that is super helpful thought I would share : "Why Does He Do That?" Inside the minds of angry and controlling men. - Lundy Bancroft
I gotta tell you this is super helpful in moving forward for me. They talk about the treatment of women by these men and the myths of where it comes from (i.e. childhood trauma, mommy issues, abuse themselves etc)
it all comes down to entitlement unless its a mental disorder. How to determine if its a disorder it needs to be happening in all areas of their life, not just directed at one person. It's been super helpful for me thought I would share.
