Day One
I am new to this site and this is Day one for me....again. It has to be the final one. I heard about this site on The SHAIR podcast. I am in my fifties and have been drinking regularly, except for pregnancies since about the age of 16. I would like to have the remainder of my days be free. I know God has a much better plan for me than I have had for myself so it is also Day one of new surrender to Him.

It's so good to have you here, Sewber. I was older too when I found SR & finally got free.
I started drinking in my 20's, & over time became completely dependent on it. I was so tired of living life in a fog - not fully experiencing anything. You'll find plenty of encouragement here - and you're never alone.
