Day 5

Had minor cravings today. Treated myself to a full body massage which was nice. 2 days away from my first goal of 7 days.

I have some justified resentments against guys whom I believe took advantage of me and mistreated me. But the sad reality is that I have to be accountable for it because of my drinking. My drinking put me in those situations. It’s so nice now to be in control sober so that stuff doesn’t happen anymore.

Congrats. Feeling good so far today. Have lost some of the weight I have gained already from all my drinking.

Got close to a drink today but didn’t give in. It’s amazing how at the time it feels so right but give it enough time and you realize how tragic that choice would have been.
