One week done
Well in bed and when I wake up I will have done 1 week without alcohol.
I noticed day 6 and 7 werent as bad. No good but just no as bad.
Today was my second day off since going sober. Was better than the first day off. Straight to the gym when i got up. Met my mum for brunch. Shopping, housework then the cinema and mcdonalds for dinner.
Ive got done sooo much housework and odd jobs that needed doing its great.
Anyway thanks for the support so far, best wishes to everyone who's quit and people lurking in the backround thinking of quitting, just don't put it off. There's never ever a perfect time to quit!
