I'm just a little over two weeks sober....very, very early in recovery so I'm trying not to get ahead of myself BUT I am so thankful and grateful for all of you who have lovingly wrote words of encouragement, past experiences, honesty (matter of fact advice), wisdom and reassurance. I read and re-read all the newcomer posts and even the old-timers' (LOL) posts to ensure that my sobriety remains top priority and as a reminder why it is crucial that I never pick up again...at least for today (that is my goal everyday) to not pick up TODAY! Thank you all again and for giving me hope again 💕💕💕

Stay strong, check in here if you need. The truth is it just keeps getting better. That's not some BS there - I am really experiencing it. And I know my son, and my baby daughter, and my wife and the rest of my world , is experiencing it too.
