Anthropophobia
Anyone here have any experience with this?
I have been searching for 20 years now WTF is wrong with me, and could this possibly be it?
Whenever (certain, though most) neighbors are outside, I will not go out until they are gone or don't see me; I have extreme fear/anxiety/phobia of eye contact. I can be incredibly awkward and uncomfortable, even around my very own blood siblings.
Are these symptoms of anthropophobia?

Yes it is.
I’m not a doctor but I am a Mental Health counselor who also suffers from anxiety and depression. These are similar signs as well as some signs as being paranoid. I can’t diagnose you, without knowing you but seek out a professional. Be careful if they suggest a Benzo like Clonazepam (they are basically beer in a pill and led to my relapse). Hope this helps a little.
