Morning people. I am in early recovery but i m learnig fast and feel strong about not back to hell. I mean life is hell at the moment without drinking but as accepted i am taking is a a challenge. Using humour and fantasy that i m on survival camp and making it. As i hate smoking ... mentioned before it is another response to stress i feel i can make it. Prepared patches Monday 27th it is. One year of habit is not 20 years. I want to make it and keep money for food. Living on fiver a day and still managing to cook healthy meals from scratch is an achievement. Higher power or my willpower through connection with higher power helped me to give up booze so lets ask Higher Power to quit smoking. No more bad habits left . Have wonderful sober day folks xD

Its not bad ... no huge smoking cravings only dry mouth ... i recon its patch ... but i can see it not unbearable x D

Good for you allishope! I was lucky, in that I only smoke when drinking, so getting rid of the drink gets rid of the smokes too. I'm sure you can do it. You sound really determined. Good luck x
