I heard that on the news this morning too. The National Institute for health and world health organization have been saying this for a while. But no one listens to them because the media and everyone with a vested interest in alcohol beverage industry keep saying moderation is good. Of course! They have a financial vested interest. Problem is that all these folks saying moderation is good are flat wrong but it doesn’t matter because it just validated the mass thinking our there and keeps people in denial. It’s sickening. When I started to sober up and read about the damaging effects of alcohol, I came to the conclusion that alcohol is the new tobacco. I’m hoping to teach my soon to be teen son that abstinence is better.
