Sad dreams
Had a cracker last night it hit me right in the feels, one if those where you wake up upset and stay that way for an hour or two.
My emotions are a bit unpredictable at the moment for some reason, l cried because of a silly ad on TV the other day lol. I'm turning into a proper softy.

I know the feeling, I've also been having some intense dreams lately.
I think it's good to have a cry now and then and it's usually something silly that sets me off. I'd probably benefit from crying a bit more often and I think perhaps we're all softies at heart!
