Feeling better

I feel better today. I threw the alcohol I had in the house down the sink last night. Last night is the last time I touch alcohol.

Alcohol makes me so miserable that I do not want to live anymore with it in my life.

I am praying frequently for god to help me.

Yes I am. I snaked my beer glass I drank from. I am praying to god and exercising by walking a lot. I am determined but my will is useless that is why I have the help of God my higher power.
