Day 22

Hi,
I am a newcomer and this is my second time sober currently on Day 22. I stopped 3 weeks ago.
I went through a detox at home back in 2011 and stayed alcohol-free for 4 years then slipped back into it for 3 years.
Now sober again, I am finding it difficult but enjoying the way I feel now.
I live with depression and anxiety and hope to join in well here.
