hi folks that's me back on day 2 again was sober for the best part of a year then thought I could go back and drink normal..don't know how many times iv convinced myself that I could stop at a few drinks but always leads back to the everyday drinking..had my last drink Sunday morning and still dealing with the paranoia after a binge. phoned my doctor to get back on the antabuse just to help me until I'm a bit stronger and going to a meeting on Thursday so hopefully this is my last hangover and I finally get a grip of this before it's too late

I done a community rehab for 12 weeks it was good but slowly slipped back into my old self. I have bad social anxiety and struggle with meetings but I know iv got to get back to them I'm going to make myself go this time
