Tonne of bricks
Today has been one of those days where I could hardly pick myself up.
Tired, irritable,trying to isolate myself,ideas but no motivation,foggy head,anxiety,worry.
Then my 3 year old daughter throws a tantrum because she wants captain underpants on and not my little pony. Throws a brush at the £500 tv I bought with my sober money and now it’s broken.
Ah the joys of parenthood
I think I’ll be ok tomorrow.
It’s been a longer stretch since my last bout of what I think maybe PAWS.
Had to roll with the punches today, still it’s not as bad as being a drunk.

It doesn't fix tellys but the first line is appropriate. I read this line sometimes as s*** happens.
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
