I've been crying while eating dinner in our beautiful, comfy hotel room while watching Triple G on Food Network. Good tears from the heat of this curry!

Moving forward, one step at a time. So very glad for this day, this life.

I was brought to revisiting some of my recovery issues a few times today. It was an easy feeling. It felt like slipping into a different, not-often-used gear on a high end bike. Then changing gears very easily again into everyday fun-filled living.

Feels still like living in a hot yoga environment. Bringing out new strength, sweating out toxins, finding a deep internal balance.

This series of events of this past week has been amazing. Just as I think I'm heading one direction and vacation time was to be over, more time was freed up and this journey continues. Yet now it feels like an exploration of business ideas and fun pieces of a large jumbled puzzle being gathered up.
