I still have to figure out this posting pic thing, but thanks MM will remember what you put there for the next. I think I just opened up all my pics again. The first pic is my new pup. She's sitting on my lap right now.

She's a mini aussie. I used to have an Australian Shepherd, before that I had a border collie. I know the herding breeds. I just couldn't handle a full grown Aussie anymore. She will top out at about 30 lbs, and 18 inches tall.
I need to tell you guys a funny story. First I came home and introduced puppy to my 4 cats. There was no hissing, no growling, no one was hiding away. My cats still have not accepted her, but they are putting up with her. I took my puppy to meet one of my neighbors. They told me that when they saw me holding the puppy they thought I was looking for the owner, because a neighbor across the street also just got a mini Aussie. Hey, it might be the brother or sister. Will try to find that neighbor to set up puppy play dates. They are both the same age.

Amy, congrats on your puppy! My pet sitter has a mini-Aussie and he’s so sweet. I have a Border Collie right now, just a little over a year old. I couldn’t have made it this far without her. She’s so sweet, sensitive, and knows exactly when I need a nuzzle or a hug (she hugs me with her arms around my waist).
