I thought I'd throw up a post on music for us all to share songs which have helped us through our journeys.

If I get plenty of buy in I'll throw together a SR playlist on Youtube.

This Song just is so full of hope and seems to me to speak so clearly of how it feels when we stat to get some time away from out addictions.

This is a heavy song which speaks to be of how I feel after a slip or when the craving come back. It screams of that hopelessness and rage which can grip me sometimes as I fight this battle.

4. Carrie Underwood - Independence Day

A song which reminds me of the consequences which this addiction can reap on our family.

Another heavy song about the hopelessness we can feel as we struggle to beat out addictions.

6. In This Moment - Big Bad Wolf

This song is heavy, but it speaks to me of the struggle between the AV or our worst self against the person we choose to be.

7. Lana Del Rey - Change

I just love the hope in this song. It speaks to me of the change of redemption.

This song to me talks about how you get sucked into the addiction and the path out of it.
