Guys, I'm still sober. 6 weeks now!
Haven't been on much recently. Usually I'd hang out on here if I'm having a rough time with quitting but I haven't had any problems whatsoever. No cravings either.
I'm still taking my anti depressants and they seems to be kicking in now.
My record is 60 days (bar the 12 months I spent in prison but that wasn't a personal choice to quit and I drank the moment I got out).
I'm determined to beat 60 days and then another 60 more
Hope you guys are staying sober. If I can do it, you definitely can! It's all in the power of the mind.

Congrats on 6 weeks
While I agree attitude is important, I needed a solid plan behind me too because, for a long time, my brain kept throwing out kooky drinking ideas at the worst possible time.
If you have an action plan, great, if not I really recommend you think about it - even if its just a Ghostbusters plan (who you gonna call?)
