Day 11

I woke up 4 times last night to pee (tmi) I never had to pee so much until I quit drinking. Is this normal? Besides that Im starting to feel better. I hope everyone has a nice sober day.

I do that normally (tmi also), but my initial thoughts are that your liver and kidneys are beginning to come out of their stupor. You're healing.

Congratulations on Day 11. Double digits is superb.

Yes your body is healing and purging the toxins from your system. Drink lots and lots of water. Congrats on the 11 days.
