Birthday blues
Well, I gotta be honest. I spent the last decade drunk. This was my first birthday sober I can remember other than being a kid. So like 16 til now. Alcohol or whatever. I hit 30 yesterday and it brought some weird feelings. Just kinna pushing through them. I started
Taking a generic one a day vitamin and it was making me sooooo tired during the day and strange dreams again so I had to stop. Got a energy vitapak from gnc instead. I feel a little better today but still groggy. Falling back in the circle of smoking cigarettes a lot. Going to try and tackle that again. I think tomorrow is 80 days sober. Naturally just going for today but can’t wait to hit a year. I think about alcohol sometimes but no crazy urges. Anyway.....just a little update

Happy Birthday!
Thirty is a great age. Reflection and growing up are what I remember most about it.
Congrats on the 80 days, too. That's a great birthday gift. Let's see, 80 X $10 (I spent at least $10 a day on alcohol) = $ 800 not spent on poison.
You could have a nice week at the beach for that - in a hotel, with a pool and room service.
