Celebrating a day sober
I am happy I have not had alcohol today. I find continuous sobriety very difficult to achieve so instead of saying Day 1 again like so many I now say I have celebrated a day of sobriety.
Cast iron will and strong vows work for some people and not others.
Live in the moment guys don't be hard on yourselves and don't give up 👍🏻

The first day is the best day. Not maybe physically or mentally or emotionally or spiritually but it is the day that leads to all the others so it is still my favorite. Congrats on your 24. Commit to another in the 24 hour thread!
