Air so that it hurts
I can't find anything about this on the internet. Had a Greek lunch at the local rhododendron festival. It was great. But I am full of air, is this common in early recovery? Also have quarter sized skin areas with blisters... and I know I did not get into poison ivy! Not seeking for medical advice just wondering if anybody experienced the same. I will see a doctor if it gets worse.
My upper abdomen gets full of air after I eat certain foods (especially bread or pasta). I'm not really sure what causes it, but recently I've been wondering if it could be a gluten allergy or some other food intolerance. Have you ever had this issue before?

Well I am on stomach pills because of gastritis that was caused by alcohol and my eating habits are not very good. I am working on it but having been on a liquid diet it probably will take some time to fall into a healthy eating pattern. I think I found the dermatitis that causes the blisters. I it said to be prevalent among alcoholics. I must have run my immune system down.
