Day 1
Hello, I am new to this forum and starting this journey of sobriety. I feel like it is best to reach out to fellow people with the same issues instead of me trying to do this all on my own. I have done that before and it never worked. I realize nothing changes if nothing changes. It’s time to change how I approach recovery and do the things that actually work. Community and sharing with a group is definitely a huge part I believe in getting better. I hope to learn as well as share my experience with all of you.
