I'm 46 and stopped drinking 8 days ago.sleeping better already.my head is clearing at a fast rate.i want to stay lie this.lost a couple of ponds too.beer is in all the stores here in louisiana but I'm going to stay sober.thanks.

Boy, Louisiana does present a different situation. As I recall, there were drive-though liquor/beer stores in lots of small towns ("Git 'em and Hit 'em!" was the name of the one I recall) and in New Orleans even the grocery stores and pharmacies had liquor aisles.
