50 days and still not drunk
Oh man , time is flying. Waking up to fish tomorrow at 4 am without a hangover. I’m pumped. The last 20 days have been kinna passing normally I guess. Couple headaches. Still some stomach issues in the am prolly from strong coffee though. Down to 216 from 233 at my heaviest. Good days and bad days , mostly good. No irrational decisions , not late night regrets. Just work and family time. Didn’t drink at a family bbq yesterday. Was told there was beer in the cooler if I wanted some . I said thanks and grabbed a water. Wasn’t an issue after that. A real test is my trip to Florida next week. A lot of friends will be drinking. They know how it is now and while given a little **** , they are supportive. I volunteered to be the DD. I’m not really worried about pressure because sober is who I wanna be, and who I am going to be. Anyway , I’ve found myself not in the forums as much so I figured I’d post and now I’m going to read around to see what I’ve missed. Good luck to y’all.
