I've been happy, sad, angry, afraid, anxious, excited, lonely, uncertain, thrilled, elated, bored, exhausted, joyous and free. A thousand other feelings have come and gone, shifted and morphed - and I've been OK with them all.

I've been ever-improving and growing and giving and LIVING.
