Great job Lola. No need to apologize for posts. Post and share as often as you want or feel a need to. There's so much that goes on in our lives as we try to sort out living it sober. We are here for you. Not only does it help to read, it helps to post too. Glad you're here and posting.
You should be very proud of yourself Lola! Wonderful to hear you sounding positive with another day under your belt and I hope you have a wonderful sober day with your little ones. Never apologise for posting, that's what SR is all about and we value all your posts xx

Thank you so much I love coming on here. My relationship seems to be breaking down the past few years but I have held it together for the sake of having a family unit. I think it's time for me to move on. I will start looking at places today. I am not sad more relieved to finally figure it all out. I am going to plant some strawberry, carrot, onion seeds today with my daughter into little pots we can bring with us. Something nice to do in the sun. Sometimes you just need a clear mind to see life for what it really is. I am craving today as I am stressed but I think a trip to McDonald's will sort that out. Then I promised my children we could go swimming tomorrow where there will be a big fun float in the pool. It's amazing the money I have now i am not buying alcohol.

I too enjoy looking at my bank account at the end of the week. It actually still has money in it!
my bill for the week would be if i tally it up: $150 ( beer and wine)
It's not a huge amount but it still adds up over the month.
Keep chipping away at the days Lola.

Way to go Lola. Another day sober is always cause for celebration.
Sorry you are having difficulties in your personal life. I always thought if I get sober all of my problems will go away. It took no time at all to find out that isn't true. It is much easier to deal with and work through those problems with a clear mind. Use that beautiful sober mind to think it all through and weigh your options. Without alcohol in the mix you will make the best choices.

Thank you everyone. It just seems my life is heading in one way whilst his life is in another. We have nothing in common. I started a new job in Feb that I absolutely love and now I just been offered another few hours which means more money but all he said was that means u will be out of the house more. I only work 30hours a week btw and will be working 33now. Then he said go and get urself a bottle of vodka to celebrate u dipso. Wonderful. The mask is slipping.

Well , ....through one lens, I can appreciate that line of thinking ,...but please remember you will still be a "family unit " albeit a little smaller one . With your sobriety going forward ,...a huge probability for a much healthier , and happier one .
imho , anyway .
Brilliant on another day and night Lola. Please don't apologize--I love to see people posting and leaning on the amazing support of SR. Keep up the fabulous work--I wish you all the best.
