Day Two

Well woke up to day two. Last night was the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had on night one. Woke every 15-30 minutes crazy dreams when I was asleep, long day ahead at work.

It is worth it, and I know tonight should be a little better from past experience.

Great job! Today is going to be another tough day, but you can do it. Work will keep you busy for awhile. When you get home, find some busy work. Stay close to SR too. Remember to post if you feel you might cave. You're not alone and we can help. Hang in there! You'll get through it.

We are built for challenges

Sometimes i would be in the WORST mood for work. What i do is i use that as the drive to do my job even better. If I am miserable at work, i tell myself that the situation is not gonna change, and i will steam ahead as i usually do. Because then i will feel better due to still testing myself that i can do a good job despite my mood.

let's face it, bad days come and go - its how you adjust to them that matters.

Hang in there SWB. It may take a while for sleep to normalize. I can't speak for you but i will take a bad night of sleep over waking up with a record setting hangover, and all that comes with. The good news is that it will get better, without a doubt, if you stay sober.
