Another crisis but I'm not drinking.
My handsome tiger boy crossed the Rainbow Bridge today. 
I miss him with all my heart and wish there had been something we could have done for him. In the end, it was the kindest thing I could do for him.
I have no desire to drink over it. That wouldn't bring him back and would just hurt the other dogs and cats I love. Freddie was special and I won't sully his memory by drinking.
It will be hard getting used to his absence but I know that I can get thru this sorrow sober.

What a handsome chap! Nothing I can say will make anything better for you but I had to make the same decision with my best friend Nancy cat so I really feel for you. Keep strong and sending you big hugs and much love xx

Wow he's beautiful. You were lucky to have him in your life! Just had to put down Curly , my dog, that I had since I was 8 years old . He was 15 he was with me through so much bad stuff . You aren't alone !
And I'm glad you have other fur babies to turn to ! Give them hugs ,, they know when you are feeling sad , and know how to comfort you , and will let you cry to them .

I am so sorry to read of your loss. I know how attached “us” dog and cat lovers become to our fur babies.
I know your Freddie had a wonderful life in your care. You were there for him and did everything you could. He was a lucky boy...
