Hello

Hi, I'm Jessica.

I'm 39 years old and I'm an alcoholic. I've been a heavy drinker for about 15 years now. I look forward to reading and participating in this forum.

I was a 15 year heavy drinker too. Quit when I was 36. Turn 40 this year.

Hi Jessica, I was a heavy drinker for 25 years, I quit at age 44. It can be a long hard ride that plays with your mind in strange ways. It's worth it to buckle down and ride it out. SR is a great place for support. I'd not have the 15 months I do now without it.
